Warehouse Manager – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and management skills, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all daily warehouse operations and activities
• Plan and manage the receiving, storage and distribution of goods
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records, including stock levels and locations
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory control procedures
• Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
• Recruit, train and supervise staff as necessary
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Working knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Solid understanding of warehouse/inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement in operational processes.

Salary: 1700/month (foreigners considered)
