We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will provide educational support to students in a range of subject areas, as well as assisting with the development of creative and effective learning strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students of all ages reach their full potential. An understanding of different cultural backgrounds and experiences is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Designing lesson plans that are engaging and relevant to students' needs
• Preparing lesson materials such as worksheets, activities, visual aids, etc.
• Assisting with assessment tasks such as writing reports or evaluating student progress
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of educational trends
• Establishing positive relationships with students and their families
• Providing feedback to students on their performance
• Attending parent-teacher meetings when requested by the school.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or related field
• Previous experience teaching/tutoring children or adults preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and students
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
