Optometrist vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Doha.

This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, experienced in optometry, and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of optometry principles, practices, and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive eye care services including comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and contact lens fittings
• Diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses
• Perform basic vision screening tests
• Educate patients about eye health
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for patients
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or equivalent
• Valid license to practice Optometry in Qatar or eligible to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience as an Optometrist preferred but not required for recent graduates
• Professionalism and excellent customer service skills

Compensation: This position offers a salary of 1300 QAR per month plus benefits. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
