Heavy Equipment Operator

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment and machinery, as well as supervising other operators.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in similar roles and be willing to learn new skills. No prior experience with the specific equipment is required, but a willingness to learn is essential. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Operating heavy equipment in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Inspecting vehicles before and after use and performing basic maintenance tasks
- Loading and unloading materials onto/from vehicles in a safe manner
- Training other operators on proper use of heavy machinery
- Supervising other operators to ensure safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in similar roles is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physically fit with good hand–eye coordination
- Ability to work long hours as needed

Salary: 1300
