Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service and prepare coffee-based drinks for customers. The position offers a salary of 1500 AED per month.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a barista in a café or restaurant setting and should have an excellent knowledge of coffee-based drinks. They should also possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants and do not yet have the necessary working permits.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, etc.
• Ensure that all beverages served meet the highest standards of quality
• Keep accurate records of customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations and other areas within the café
• Provide friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a barista in a café or restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of coffee-based drinks
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
