We are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the wine cellar, ensuring the selection of high-quality wines that will match with the restaurant's menu.

The Sommelier must have a minimum of 1 year experience in this field and good knowledge of wines from around the world, as well as their characteristics and pairings. He/She should be able to provide suggestions on which wines should be served with specific dishes and guide customers through their selection according to their preferences. The Sommelier must be able to advise on food and wine pairings, as well as upsell certain bottles. Furthermore, we expect him/her to keep up with industry trends, make sure that the inventory is organized and stocked properly, and keep track of orders.

Good communication skills are required since he/she will need to interact with customers as well as other members of staff. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country; therefore, knowledge of English language is also required. Finally, he/she must have a valid visa or residency permit if applicable for this position.
