Sommelier job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess an extensive knowledge of wine and other alcoholic beverages, the ability to taste and identify different types of wine, and excellent customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for suggesting appropriate wines to customers, taking orders, stocking shelves with wine and other drinks, preparing cocktails, and providing advice on food-wine combinations. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the wine cellar area and keeping accurate records of inventory.

The successful candidate must have a good working knowledge of international wines as well as local options. They should also be able to stay current with industry trends and new products. To excel in the role they must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, a good eye for detail, and an appreciation for quality beverages. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience (however some knowledge of wines is expected). The salary for this position is 900 AED per month.
