Light Driver Job in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Light Driver to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a salary of 1700 QAR per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The Light Driver will be responsible for safely driving a light vehicle, such as a van or small truck, to transport goods and/or personnel from one location to another. The driver must have excellent knowledge of the local area and be able to navigate routes quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license, excellent customer service skills, and experience with light vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities:
• Drive light vehicles such as vans or small trucks within Doha and surrounding areas
• Monitor road conditions and plan routes accordingly
• Follow delivery schedules and maintain accurate records of deliveries
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Maintain light vehicle in accordance with safety regulations
• Ensure accurate paperwork is completed accurately at all times
• Report any issues or incidents to supervisors immediately

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Light Driver
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Knowledge of local roads/areas in Doha preferred
• Ability to lift heavy packages/goods up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Great interpersonal skills; friendly manner and neat appearance
• Good organizational and time management skills
