Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Teacher to join our team in Khalifah A City. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons to students in an engaging way, developing and evaluating instructional materials, assessing student performance, and providing appropriate feedback. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with students.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
• Passionate about helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to work well with colleagues as part of a team
• Knowledge of current trends in education and classroom management techniques
• Computer literacy including experience with relevant software programs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the students
• Monitor student progress through observation, assessments, or other evaluation methods
• Discuss individual student progress with parents or guardians
• Encourage creativity among students by incorporating interactive activities into the syllabus
• Manage the classroom environment effectively by enforcing established rules
• Lead extra-curricular activities such as clubs or sports teams
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, or other school events as needed
