Requirements for the Candidate

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in surveyor work. A degree or certification in Surveying or related field is preferred but not required. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and have excellent problem solving skills. Knowledge of the local regulations regarding surveying is also a plus.

Job Description
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys for land parcels in Umm-al Qaiwain, liaising with clients throughout the process, monitoring progress against project timelines, providing accurate measurements and data analysis, creating reports based on survey findings, attending meetings with stakeholders as needed, and ensuring compliance with local regulations throughout all activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as strong technical knowledge in surveying techniques such as aerial photography and GIS mapping systems. The Surveyor will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date records of all activities conducted during each project phase.
