We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales performance in the region. Job Description:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales performance.
• Monitor market trends and analyze customer needs to develop appropriate sales plans.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports on customer activity, market trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant data.
• Liaise with teams across the business such as marketing, finance, operations etc., in order to ensure successful execution of plans.
• Ensure proper customer service is provided at all times and resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary.
• Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successful sales management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team through training, coaching, feedback, etc..
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; fluency in English required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multi-task efficiently while meeting deadlines consistently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
