We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as strong problem solving abilities and the drive to succeed. As Supervisor, you will be expected to oversee and coordinate daily operations, manage staff, liaise with customers, and ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient manner. You should also be able to effectively delegate work, provide regular feedback on performance, and ensure that deadlines are met.

In addition, you will be required to monitor stock levels, manage budgets, implement new systems or processes when needed, provide customer service support as needed, and develop strategies for improving efficiency. You should also have experience in staff recruitment and training as well as knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations.
