We are looking for a capable, experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1200. This individual will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of subordinates and staff. The Supervisor must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to help reach goals set by the company.

Job Description:
The Supervisor is a key position in our organization, as they are responsible for the leadership of their team and providing feedback on performance. Furthermore, the Supervisor must be able to motivate their team in order to reach personal goals as well as organizational goals. The supervisor is also responsible for developing a strong working relationship with other departments in order to ensure smooth operation and efficient productivity across all areas of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise company operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Analyze workflow and develop strategies that reduce costs while enhancing efficiency
• Track employee performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop systems that promote timeliness, accuracy, accountability, and safety
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels through surveys or other means
• Interpret company policies related to personnel management
• Maintain records related to personnel activities such as hiring, transfers, promotions, timecards etc.
