We are looking for a Restaurant Manager in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of 1700 per month and we are ready to consider immigrants as well.

The successful applicant should be able to effectively manage staff, handle bookkeeping, and control food costs. They should possess strong organizational skills while being able to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

The primary duty of the Restaurant Manager is ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining high standards in terms of food quality and presentation, resolving customer complaints, training staff, managing budgets and adhering to policies set by the company. Additionally, they should be able to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that will help increase business revenue while staying on budget.

In order to qualify for this role, the successful applicant must have at least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar position. Furthermore, they must possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations is also required for this position.
