Position: Painter
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We are open to considering foreigners for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting residential and commercial properties using a variety of methods and techniques.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and cleaning walls or other surfaces.
• Select appropriate paint or finishes such as acrylics, enamels, varnishes, or shellacs.
• Mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
• Apply paint with brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Smooth out surfaces with sandpaper and spackling compound before painting them.
• Create decorative finishes such as marbling, graining, and glazing.
• Cover areas with drop cloths to protect surfaces during painting process.
• Clean up after work is complete by removing tools and cleaning up any debris from the job site.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a painter with minimal work experience required
• Ability to mix colors accurately according to customer specifications
• Knowledge of various painting techniques such as faux finishing and staining
• Excellent attention to detail when preparing surfaces prior to painting
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time while working on ladders or scaffolding
