We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The job duties include but are not limited to:
• Source, screen and evaluate potential candidates for various open positions within the organization.
• Posting job ads on various platforms and websites, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
• Review resumes and cover letters for each applicant in order to make the best hiring decisions.
• Utilize various recruiting strategies to source passive candidates, such as attending job fairs or posting on social media sites.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the position requirements.
• Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process from initial contact through the onboarding process.
• Liaise with hiring managers and other personnel to ensure that all recruiting needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Track all applicants, interview feedback and other information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, industry trends, best practices, etc., related to recruitment activities.
