Construction Manager (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience in construction management and be highly organized and motivated to work independently.

The primary responsibility of the Construction Manager is to oversee all aspects of the construction process, from design to completion. This includes working with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet quality standards, timelines and budgets. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for ensuring safety regulations are met on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and construction of all projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on progress to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Identify potential problems or delays in a timely manner
• Act as point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) required
• Excellent problem-solving skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreigners for the position.
