Responsibilities:
• Collecting data from different sources, including databases, surveys, emails, etc.
• Analyzing data using statistical techniques to identify trends or patterns
• Developing reports on findings for senior management review
• Providing recommendations based on data analysis results for strategy or operations optimization
• Supporting the team with additional research as needed
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Excel and R/Python/SQL programming languages
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and present findings in an easy to understand manner
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
