CNC Operator (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CNC operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are also willing to consider an immigrant as well as someone with no experience.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and possess knowledge of basic mathematics. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities include:
• Setting up and operating CNC machines according to specifications
• Positioning materials, tooling, fixtures, and components on the machine
• Monitoring the machine’s performance during operation
• Adjusting feed rates, speeds, and depths of cuts as necessary
• Troubleshooting malfunctions when they occur
• Meeting production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic CAD/CAM software is beneficial, but not required
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics is essential
