We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be able to plan and prioritize workloads, and have strong communication abilities.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1100 salary per month and we are open to considering foreigners for the position. Previous experience is not necessary as we can provide training, however a proven track record of success in similar roles would be beneficial. Additionally, the position requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager and will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring productivity, developing strategies to increase efficiency, resolving customer complaints/issues, maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality control measures are met, training new staff members, and other related duties as assigned.
