Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar


Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. You will ensure smooth daily operations of the office, answer phone calls, take messages, and provide general assistance to visitors. Additionally, you will prepare documents, coordinate meetings, and handle a variety of tasks related to office management.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a secretary or similar role is required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed
