Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1800QR/month (Negotiable for Foreigners)

Demands for the Candidate:
• 3 years of sales experience in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of customer service principles
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market conditions, competitive landscape, pricing strategies and industry trends.
• Develop plans to acquire new customers, increase sales with existing customers and penetrate new markets.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Maintain sales activity records such as customer orders by using CRM software.
• Negotiate contracts with clients in order to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop strategies to increase sales volume by focusing on key accounts and expanding the company’s presence in new markets.
