We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for creating outstanding cuisine. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine, experienced in the creation of dishes from the Middle East, Mediterranean and European regions.

The successful Executive Chef will be required to lead and manage kitchen operations, oversee menu planning, develop new recipes, maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for staff recruitment, training and development.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a quality establishment. They must possess excellent communication skills for managing staff at all levels. Experience with cost control procedures is also essential to ensure profitable menu engineering.
