Accountant vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 and are open to considering applications from foreign candidates.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within an accounting function, with a good understanding of the principles of accounting and financial reporting. You will be responsible for recording, analysing and summarising financial data, producing reports and statements as well as providing advice to management on short-term and long-term financial planning.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements and other financial reports
• Documenting all financial transactions
• Analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments & obligations
• Auditing accounts payable & receivable
• Creating & maintaining regular financial reporting processes
• Developing internal control policies & procedures
• Investigating variances in accounts & resolving discrepancies
• Liaising with management to discuss the business's financial position
• Participating in budgeting processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
