Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing field surveys to establish land boundaries. You will be using specialized equipment to take measurements and record data on properties, as well as make calculations and draw maps to present the results. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting maps, and working with clients or other professionals when needed. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and is comfortable with working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. A salary of 1700 is offered for this position. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations or electronic distance measuring devices;
-Read and interpret maps;
-Calculate the area covered by the survey;
-Draw accurate maps based on collected data;
-Interact with clients or other professionals when needed;
-Organize all collected survey data into reports;
-Ensure that all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations;
-Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Surveying or similar field;
-Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying;
-Familiarity with various surveying methods and techniques;
-Proficiency in using specialized software programs such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS;
-Good problem solving skills; -Ability to work independently outdoors in various weather conditions; -Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English & Arabic are preferred but not mandatory ; -Valid driver's license is a plus.
