Job Title: Pharmacist – Riyadh
Job Description:
We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medication and other healthcare products to patients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Pharmacist will also provide advice on the safe use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Responsibilities:
• Dispense medication following established protocols
• Educate customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper storage
• Check the accuracy of prescriptions before filling them
• Receive new shipments of medications, check invoices and verify quantities against orders
• Monitor storage areas for expired or recalled drugs
• Counsel customers on the selection of over-the-counter medications and health care products
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations governing pharmaceuticals
• Maintain records of patient profiles, drug inventories, and sales transactions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field required
• Relevant license/certification as required by the local jurisdiction
• Proven working experience as a pharmacist in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Salary & Benefits: 1600 SAR per month plus benefits. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.
