Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Waiter to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while taking orders and serving food and beverages. You should be friendly, outgoing and have a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to respond quickly to customer requests.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus
• Take accurate orders from customers and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner according to established guidelines
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to customer specifications, using the correct utensils, plate presentation, garnishing and portion control as directed by the Chef
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience by regularly checking in on them
• Handle customer inquiries quickly, efficiently and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of tables during service; clear away used dishes promptly after each course; reset tables quickly between guests; ensure all condiments are refilled at the correct levels; ensure tableware is polished properly; replenish linens as needed; ensure side stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions accurately with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
