Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it meets our high standards of customer service and food quality. You will also be responsible for staff training and development, as well as developing marketing strategies to increase revenue.

Job Duties:
• Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including budgeting, scheduling, staff management, meal preparation and customer satisfaction
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train staff in customer service, menu knowledge and general operational procedures
• Recruit and hire new staff when needed
• Create promotional materials to advertise the restaurant
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a restaurant management role
• Ability to work long hours when required
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Good understanding of accounting principles and budgeting practices • Strong customer service skills • Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: 1800 AED per month
