Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent salary of 1500 AED per month.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in managing a restaurant or similar business, but we are willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Ensuring quality service and hospitality standards are met
• Developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
• Overseeing the ordering and delivery of food supplies to ensure the kitchen has what it needs to operate efficiently
• Managing staff rosters and organizing training sessions when necessary
• Monitoring and controlling costs, such as staff wages and food costs
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
