We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai!

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The ability to lead and motivate employees is necessary for success in this role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including menu planning, financial management, staff management, and customer relations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record in achieving financial and operational targets
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to work under pressure
