Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will manage staff, oversee food and beverage preparation and presentation, coordinate customer service efforts, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

You should have excellent organizational skills and strong leadership abilities. We are looking for an individual who is able to motivate others and create a positive work environment. You should be able to troubleshoot any problems that may arise in a timely manner and keep up with the latest industry trends.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or related positions. A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management or a related field is preferred but not required. Communication, problem solving, customer service and multitasking skills are essential for this role. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month for this position with potential to increase based on performance.
