Salary: 1000 SAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about cooking and looking to advance their career in the culinary industry.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the kitchen, ensuring that all food items are prepared according to company standards and customer requirements. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage staff.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, disciplinary action and appraisals.
• Develop menus in consultation with other chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure that the kitchen is properly equipped with tools and supplies needed to prepare food.
• Monitor food preparation process to ensure that meals are prepared according to recipes and standards of quality.
• Provide leadership in planning, organizing and directing all culinary activities in the organization.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen including ordering supplies, controlling inventory levels, ensuring quality control of food products produced by the team members.
• Create attractive plate presentations for customers as required.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position in a professional kitchen environment.
• Proven knowledge of sanitation regulations as well as good understanding of nutrition principles.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of performance is essential.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong interpersonal skills are required for this role.
