Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods from one location to another in a timely manner
- Ensure that all cargo is properly secured before departing
- Adhere to traffic laws at all times
- Maintain vehicle in good condition – cleanliness, safety checks, etc
- Responsible for completing paperwork such as delivery receipts and invoices
- Follow assigned routes when carrying out deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license with trailer endorsement
- At least 2 years of experience driving trailers or equivalent vehicles
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations when driving trailers
