Job Title: Welder
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1400 SAR

We are looking for a Welder to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. The position is open to immigrants and minimal work experience is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with rulers or calipers to ensure they meet specifications
• Select and set up torches, welding machines, and other equipment according to the kinds of metal being joined
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
• Inspect grooves, angles, or gap allowances using micrometers, calipers, and rulers
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment to bond parts
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of material
• Read blueprints and drawings in order to determine the specific welding requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
• High School Diploma/Diploma in Welding Technology preferred but not required
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
• Working knowledge of different metals such as aluminum, stainless steel etc.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Welder
