Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffees and other specialty drinks. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness standards and follow all health and safety guidelines. The successful candidate should have a passion for the coffee industry, excellent communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours. The salary is 1200. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes and macchiatos as well as other specialty beverages such as smoothies, frappes and milkshakes
- Greet customers with courtesy and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow recipes accurately when preparing drinks
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee area including wiping down counters, cleaning coffee machines, stocking supplies etc
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in accordance with company policies
- Accurately ring up orders on POS terminal according to cash/credit procedures
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Promote specials or new items available in store
- Respond to customer complaints courteously while referring them to the store manager when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Barista experience in coffee shop or cafe setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays when needed
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of food handling regulations is preferred but not required
