We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of projects, delegating tasks to team members, and ensuring successful completion.

This position requires a candidate with excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects at the same time while also being able to respond effectively to changing timelines and objectives. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques as well as experience in leading large-scale projects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Establishing project plans and schedules; delegating tasks to team members; monitoring progress; ensuring quality control; and managing budget allocations
• Developing effective communication strategies between clients, stakeholders, and team members; resolving any conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Identifying potential problems or risks associated with the project; developing solutions or strategies for mitigating them
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, standards, regulations, etc.
• Assisting with recruitment and selection of new team members as needed
• Facilitating meetings onsite or remotely as needed

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field along with 5+ years of relevant experience. We are willing to consider foreign applicants provided they have appropriate work authorization documentation in place. Salary offered is 1700 per month.
