We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent culinary skills, along with a passion for creating innovative dishes.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in running a kitchen and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff. They should be able to ensure that all food is cooked and prepared to the highest standards. The Executive Chef should also have excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate must possess:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end kitchen or restaurant
• A strong understanding of food safety protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage budgets, food costs, and staff schedules
• Creativity when it comes to developing menus and recipes
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service
