Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an organized and hard-working Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for an immigrant who has no prior experience as we are willing to provide on the job training. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700 per month, as well as other benefits such as paid vacation and health insurance.

Job Description and Duties:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
• Greet visitors/clients in a professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying etc.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
• Help to keep the office organized and tidy
• Support other departments when needed

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
