Sales Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and monitoring sales performance. They will also be expected to identify new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure that team members are meeting their goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely reports regarding sales activities, analyzing customer needs and market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and creating strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong organizational skills, as well as proficient computer skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the local market is an advantage as well as the ability to work on tight deadlines.
