Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will involve providing tutoring services to students from all levels and backgrounds. The Tutor will be expected to provide personalized instruction and support to help students succeed in their academic pursuits. This position comes with a competitive salary of 1600 per month, and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role.

Requirements for the Candidate

-A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Patience and ability to positively motivate students
-Strong problem solving skills
-Able to work independently or as part of a team
-Knowledge of current teaching techniques

Responsibilities

-Develop lesson plans, materials, and activities according to the student’s academic needs
-Provide individualized instruction for each student based on their learning style
-Assess student progress regularly and report back any areas of concern
-Encourage students to develop critical thinking skills
-Ensure that all teaching activities are conducted in a safe environment
