Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in instrumentation and control systems;
• Knowledge of PLC’s, SCADA systems, instrumentation, control valves;
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Valid driving license.

Job Description:
The Instrument Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of all instrumentation equipment including PLC’s, SCADA systems, instrumentation controls valves. The successful candidate will be required to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings as well as diagnose problems arising from equipment failure or malfunction. The technician will also need to keep accurate records regarding service calls/repairs/calibrations performed on each piece of equipment as well as maintain inventory levels of spare parts. The technician must adhere to all safety regulations while performing their duties in order to ensure a safe work environment.
