Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting
• Proven track record of safety and efficiency
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Duties
• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, loaders, etc.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain accurate records on all activities related to equipment operation
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as necessary
• Assist other workers in various tasks as needed
