Job Title: Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating, controlling and monitoring various machines in order to ensure product quality and efficiency. This includes setting up machines, making necessary adjustments, troubleshooting issues and completing daily maintenance routines. The operator must also be aware of safety regulations and procedures as well as cleanliness standards within the workplace.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent mechanical aptitude, with strong problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high accuracy. They must have good communication skills and be willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.
