We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Sharjah.

The successful candidate should have a genuine passion for working with people, be able to take direction and work independently. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent care for our clients and their families.

The primary responsibilities of the Caregiver include:
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, walking, exercising etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ families or guardians regarding their needs
• Help plan and participate in recreational activities to keep the client active and engaged
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe living environment for the client
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming etc.
• Monitor changes in clients’ behavior or health condition and report any issues to the supervisor or doctor.

The successful candidate must possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working as a caregiver or in a related field
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
