We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier in Dubai to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional wine knowledge, and be capable of providing excellent service to our customers. Our Sommelier will be responsible for selecting wines to complement the menu, maintaining an up-to-date wine list, training staff on wine knowledge, and recommending wines to customers in accordance with their tastes and preferences.

The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in wines as well as knowledge of the different varieties available. They should also be able to advise customers on pairing food with wines, and inform them about the characteristics of each wine. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar role is welcome but not necessary as we are ready to consider a foreigner without prior experience.
