Job Title: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1600 KWD

We are looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating excellent coffee drinks, providing outstanding customer service to our customers, and ensuring the cleanliness of the café.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong understanding of the coffee making process, a warm and welcoming personality, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, tea, smoothies, etc.
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of café area including countertops, tables, floors, seating areas and restrooms.
• Monitor inventory of supplies (coffee beans, milk etc.) and restock when needed.
• Adhere to all health safety protocols outlined by local authorities.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and menu items.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills with strong problem solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in order taking/preparation/delivery of products.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with regular bending/stooping/reaching movements.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs on occasion (such as coffee bags).
