We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our commercial and residential properties.

You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors; dusting furniture; washing walls and windows; removing rubbish
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors or fixtures
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies either manually or by using hand trucks
• Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
• Ability to understand English language instructions is required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: 1200 per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
