Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality education to students of all ages. The teacher should possess excellent teaching and communication skills and be able to deliver creative lessons and activities that engage students.

This position offers a salary of 1300 AED, with the potential for growth depending on performance. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate, although minimal work experience is expected.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons that engage students
• Develop individualized learning plans and assessments for each student
• Evaluate student progress through exams, projects, and other assessments
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback on a regular basis
• Facilitate interactive activities to encourage learning
• Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with school policies
• Work closely with other teachers to improve educational standards
• Remain up-to-date with developments in teaching best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant teaching experience (minimal work experience expected)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that promote creativity
• Ability to motivate students of varying ages and backgrounds
