Job Title: Land Surveyor
Salary: AED 1200
Location: Khawr Fakkan

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting necessary land surveys for mapping, boundary demarcation, and other related activities. This position requires excellent technical and analytical skills as well as a thorough understanding of geographic information systems (GIS). We are open to accepting applications from foreign candidates with the relevant experience and qualifications.

The main responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include but are not limited to:
• Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as Total Stations, GNSS systems, drones etc.
• Collecting data to produce accurate maps, plans, cross-sections and other related documents using GIS software.
• Creating 3D models for engineering projects such as road designs or building structures.
• Establishing survey control networks by setting boundary markers or establishing bearing angles and lines onsite.
• Providing technical advice to clients regarding surveying activities.
• Assessing potential risks associated with survey work and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Complying with all safety regulations when conducting field surveys.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or equivalent qualification along with at least three years of experience in land surveying activities. In addition, they should have strong knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS/AutoCAD/QGIS and experience in using survey-grade equipment such as GNSS systems or total stations. The candidate should also possess good communication and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail when collecting data onsite.
