Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and previous restaurant management experience. We are willing to consider immigrant applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, budgeting, inventory control and cash management
• Develop and implement operational standards to ensure consistent quality of service
• Establish effective communication channels with team members, customers, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible scheduling availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
